* Seminars- All live seminars are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase. However, in no circumstance, can a seminar be refunded within 30 days of the live event. Therefore, if you purchase a seminar within 30 days of the event, the seminar will be non-refundable.
Guarantee: Please note that we do offer an unconditional guarantee for the seminars. This will require your full attendance to the seminar for all days. If on the last day of the seminar you decide that it wasn't worth your investment, then we will refund the entire tuition to you.
* Digital Products (Ebooks- E-Videos, downloads)- Due to the nature of digital/downloadable products, we do not offer any refunds or cancellations once the purchase has been completed. However, certain products will have special guarantees that will be noted on the product page. If they do, they will override this policy here.
* DVDs- all DVDs are refundable within one week of purchase, unless specified differently on the product page.
* Memberships/Monthly access plans- Monthly or annual recurring memberships can be cancelled at any time and the recurring billing will stop. No refunds will be given for any membership fees paid up to cancellation date.
