The System "System"-Your Fill & Placement Process To Explode Sales!

systemsystemrevisedsmallcoverart

Too many people, both managers and individual producers alike, underestimate the power of systems and logistics.  The process that you put in place can actually result in more productivity increases then increasing your call volume or hiring more people!  Ok, learning about logistics can be boring (BUT CRITICAL). So, the good news is that I only touch on the logistics angle for this week’s lesson.  However, read it and then focus in on the one example in this E-book that shows you how to make a system out of your skill marketing calls!  As I mention in the E-book, this isn’t rocket science.  Once you are done with the lesson, you should go back and think about your desk or business- Think about where you are the most successful and then, in essence, you will write it down and MAKE SURE that you do it. You do all of it, by creating a simple system.   The E-book, “Your Fill & Placement ‘System’ To Explode Sales” will give you a step by step guide about where and when to market your candidates.  I hope to hear from you about other systems that you have in place.  Don’t be shy.. share it in the comments, below!  Thanks for coming back!  Click here to read this week’s lesson: The-System-System

    Very Good Neil,

Simple and effective. I have trained at many Staffing firms here in Canada, both Temp and Perm staffing firms, and can tell you first hand that going “by the seat of their pants” is the process most staffing professionals are using. By simply pointing out their past success and having them review what happened and then repeat it has helped many see the process in their work. Your systematic simple approach brings tons of value to all stakeholders involved. Great work Neil.

Now we’re getting serious. I had to re read that a couple of times because there is alot to digest properly. Just wanted to make sure I hadn’t missed anything. The MPC process is one I have been using prolifically recently but with very little success. Now I can see that although I was fairly systemised in my approach, targeting client organisations and using spreadsheets, that I could have done more to prioritise the types of calls I was making and to WHOM!! (Did I get that right)?

Again this is very simple but definately something I need to pay more attention to.

I wish we could get you over to the UK Neil. Let me know if you ever plan to come over because I would relish the opportunity to meet up or even better attend a seminar.

Like I have told you previously I currently have no direct line manager and have found these sessions invaluable. What can I do once these sessions finish in terms of getting the right sort of training on a continuous basis? From you obviously!!

    Thanks Neil
