NEVER NEGOTIATE PERM FEES AGAIN

The method is simple and can be implemented on your very first call after the session!  The concept lies in getting back to the point of really UNDERSTANDING what the word contingency means and how you can better sell this to the client!   In essence, you can never be overpriced when it will ALWAYS be the customer who will LATER decide if they WANT to pay the price! The key words here are “WANT TO PAY”!  In essence, if what they fear is true, that you are indeed overpriced, then they will not hire your person later!  However, if they are wrong NOW, then wont they be thrilled that they listened to you and agreed to see your person?  We will share with you ways that you can show the client how they have already bought into the concept of using your “more expensive” services and thus, lock them into accepting your sendouts!  

This is a must for any perm recruiter or business owner!  The best part about this technique is that you don’t have to change the things that have worked for you in the past… In fact, this method can we a “shell” to incorporate some of your best-proven closes!   I will share the concept, closes, analogies and potential scripts that go along with it!
